Notation Reference Note Not Showing Up in Work Area Schedule

Issue
You're placing or regenerating a RefNotes Schedule for a Work Area in your drawing, and one or more of your Notation RefNotes is missing from the schedule.
Cause
Notation callouts need to lie completely within a Work Area for that Work Area to recognize them for its schedule.
Solution
You have several options for addressing this issue so your Notation RefNote is included in the schedule:
- Edit the Work Area so the Notation callout falls entirely within the Work Area boundary. You can accomplish this by:
- Adding vertices to the Work Area boundary
- Moving the Work Area
- Redrawing the Work Area
- Move the Notation callout so it falls entirely inside the Work Area.
- Delete the callout and place it again.
