Notation Reference Note Not Showing Up in Work Area Schedule

Issue

You're placing or regenerating a RefNotes Schedule for a Work Area in your drawing, and one or more of your Notation RefNotes is missing from the schedule.

Cause

Notation callouts need to lie completely within a Work Area for that Work Area to recognize them for its schedule.

Solution

You have several options for addressing this issue so your Notation RefNote is included in the schedule:

  • Edit the Work Area so the Notation callout falls entirely within the Work Area boundary. You can accomplish this by:
    • Adding vertices to the Work Area boundary
    • Moving the Work Area
    • Redrawing the Work Area
  • Move the Notation callout so it falls entirely inside the Work Area.
  • Delete the callout and place it again.
