After either upgrading to Windows 10 or installing a major operating system update, you received an error message that you need to reactivate your license. You may have attempted to reactivate using your original Request Code but found that the code was no longer valid.
You may have also received the following error message: Your license is invalid and this product has not been activated properly on this system.
Follow our instructions to license (activate) your F/X CAD installation.
This process will require you to generate and send us a new Request Code for your F/X CAD installation. We will then send you your activation code once we receive it from Autodesk.
