The Program Can't Start Because adlmint.dll is Missing from Your Computer (Installing F/X CAD)

Issue

You saw the following error message when attempting to install F/X CAD:

The program can't start because adlmint.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Cause

This error is usually the result of the ESET antivirus program preventing installation.

Solution
