When attempting to activate F/X CAD, you saw the following message:
This Session Has Timed Out
Your online activation request has timed out.
Click "Try again" to resubmit the request. If the problem persists, please contact Autodesk Customer Support.
This error can result from:
- Not being connected to the Internet when attempting to activate
- A firewall or anti-virus software on your computer preventing the activation process
First, verify that your computer is online. If not, reconnect to the Internet and click Try again in the error message to attempt to activate again.
Unable to connect to the Internet? You can follow our steps to tether with your cell phone before completing the activation process.
Still unable to activate? A firewall or anti-virus software may be preventing the activation process from completing. If so, try disabling the firewall or anti-virus software. You may need to ask your network administrator to help with this this step.
Don't forget to re-enable your firewall or anti-virus software after completing the activation process.your anti-virus and/or firewall.
