QNAP Software Update

Issue

After you update the QNAP Operating System, Land F/X or MySQL might hang up or not start.

Solution

If this happens, you'll need to do the following:

• Restart the QNAP server
• Uncheck the Enable MySQL box, found under Network Services > Web Server. Then click Apply.
• Place a check back in the Enable MySQL box, and click Apply.

These steps should reset the MySQL database and allow Land F/X to work.
