Setup_FXWorkstation.exe is Not a Valid Win32 Application (Installing the Land F/X Workstation Component)

Issue

You received the following error message after running the Land F/X Workstation installer (setup_FXWorkstation): setup_FXWorkstation.exe is not a valid win32 application

Cause

This issue can have two possible causes:

• You are running a 64-bit installer on a 32-bit computer, or
• The download was corrupted or has failed.

Because we no longer support Windows XP, chances are the download failed.

Solution

Please try to download the installer file again. Make sure the download has completed before trying to run the file. The file should NOT have a size of zero KB.
