Use Land F/X in a Citrix Environment
Issue
You want to use Land F/X in a Citrix environment.
Citrix is the only virtualization that is approved by Autodesk.
Solution
Land F/X will work in a Citrix environment. For the software to function correctly, each computer and user needs to have a unique name.
If you have multiple users logged in to the same workstation computer name trying to use the software it will cause errors. Therefore, each user attempting to use Land F/X will need to have a unique machine name.
Restrictions
Please keep in mind the following provision from our End User License Agreement:
The END USER May Not:
... alter in any fashion any portion of the licensing system for the purpose of granting additional users access to the Software, including but not limited to altering of memory variables, alteration of data, removal of key settings, hosting the software on services such as Citrix, etc.
Note: The F/X CAD EULA does not support deployment in a Citrix environment.
