You need to uninstall our software, which may include F/X CAD, one of our plugins, or an old version of our SketchUp Connection.
Complete our uninstallation steps for the product(s) you need to uninstall from your computer:
- Uninstall F/X CAD (or AutoCAD)
- Uninstall one of the Land F/X plugins (Planting F/X, Irrigation F/X, or Design F/X)
- Uninstall the Land F/X Workstation component
- Uninstall and reinstall the MySQL Connector (ODBC Driver)
- Uninstall an old version of the Sketchup Connection
- Uninstall our Planting F/X Revit plugin
