Photo Labels or Callouts Not Working With Windows 10

Issue

You have Windows 10, and our Photo Callout tools aren't working correctly.

Cause

We've discovered an issue in the way Photo Callout functions within the Windows 10 environment. We are currently working on engineering a fix in our code. For now, you can repair the issue with the file linked below.

Solution

Download the file linked below.

Locate this file, which will be named windows_10_photo_callouts.zip. Double-click the file to unzip it. Then double-click the unzipped file again to run it. When prompted, allow your computer to add it to your registry.

Photo Callouts should now work properly.
