Color Render: Blank Dialog Box, No Plants Listed

    Updated on: February 27, 2023

    Issue

You tried to colorize your plants with our Color Render tool, but the Plant Colorization dialog box comes up blank and doesn't list any plants, as pictured below.

You might also have seen a message from Land F/X asking you to check your Internet connection.

    Cause

Your plant colorization file has become corrupt. If you change the name of this file as described below, Land F/X will download a repaired version automatically, allowing you to colorize your plants.

    Solution

Open the folder C:/ProgramData/LandFX/data/xml.cache. Change the name of the file plant_color.htm to plant_color.htm.old.
