New Features Webinar on Thursday

Presented by Jeremiah Farmer

It's been six months since our webinar on all the new features with version 9.0.  In that time, we've addressed 200 individual punch list items, and issued 30 HotFix's.  And in between attending three different trade shows, visiting nine different universities, and hosting a training webinar every week, we also found the time to roll out several exciting new features of the software.  This webinar will show off a handful of the most exciting new features in the software, including:
          - All new SketchUp Connection, that includes an ability to send line work to SketchUp without requiring the Pro version
          - Plant Color Render feature
          - Highlight Plant enhancements
          - Screen option for RefNote blocks
          - Improved Color Conversion process

This webinar will begin at 10am PST, 1pm EST.
I Will Be There!

I Hate My Yard

DIY (Do It Yourself) Network has a new show hosting one of our very own Land F/X users, Sara Bendrick! The new show is called, I Hate My Yard. Sara uses Land F/X to help her get the job done in transforming yards into beautiful masterpieces!

We are very proud of Sara and wish her the best of luck in the show!

Jeremiah's Trip To LAbash

Jeremiah just returned from the LAbash student conference in Athens, Georgia.  In addition to getting a chance to connect with many of the best and brightest future landscape architects, he also was able to show off what Land F/X can do during a workshop session.  LAbash has always been his favorite event of the year, as students are always so genuinely appreciative of how much Land F/X can help them with their work.  A few students who took time to interview with different firms happened to mention that it seems like "pretty much everybody" is using Land F/X.  The challenges we have looking forward are to continue to make it easy for students to learn the software while in school, and to focus on the most desired skills, such as advanced SketchUp techniques.

Krystal Plays Roller Derby!

The rough and tough sport you used to know is still alive! Land F/X employee, Krystal, plays for the local Roller Derby team in San Luis Obispo. Every game helps support a local charity that all the skaters choose from. This Saturday's game will help support the Central Coast Autism Center. Be sure to send out good thoughts to all the skaters for a safe game and if you are interested in helping the cause, contact JemMalicious, or as you know her, Krystal.
You can find Help Documentation on our new website!
The office will be closed Friday, March 29th. We will be checking in, so you can still email Tech Support or Krystal
