Irrigation Design for Severe Watering Restrictions Webinar This Friday
Presented by David Farmer
Watering restrictions are in place in many parts of the country that drastically limit the number of days that irrigation watering can occur. This has resulted in a very confined watering window, limitations to the types of equipment you can use, and the need during the design process for a clear understanding of the runtime schedule and cycle and soak times.
The issue for Landscape Architects and Irrigation Designers is that they need to respond to these limitations in the design process, and they need to know that their design has system requirements that will meet the constraints of the watering restrictions.
This webinar will use an example of water restrictions in Florida, which limit you to a certain number of hours per watering day, and to either one or two days a week for watering, depending on the time of year. If you design a system that ends up needing more time than that which is allowed to apply the water, the landscape planting will suffer, the client will be unhappy, and you will have failed in your design effort.
This webinar will begin at 10am PST, 1pm EST.
We will be recording this webinar and posting to our Webinar Video Page.
