After a long winter, we've completed and posted all four of our live academic workflow webinars! If you didn't get a chance to watch them on the days when we presented them, not to worry. We've uploaded and posted all of them for you to watch and follow along. Start with Land F/X 101, and proceed through tutorials on all the basic drafting skills you'll need when communicating your final project in plan form.
We're also excited to be able to meet both students and faculty members at the upcoming CELA and LABash conferences!
Amanda will be attending CELA 2016 in Salt Lake City and Logan, UT, as well as hosting a Lunch and Learn titled "New Tools in Land F/X: Create More Time for Design." In this helpful presentation, she'll go over some of the latest Land F/X tools we've rolled out over the past year, all of which make intuitive drafting a much easier task. She'll also provide tips that will help you avoid letting a great design idea fall flat in the drafting phase, spending more of your time focused on the design. There are still spots available. Contact us if you have any questions.
For LABash 2016, Jeremiah and Amanda will head to Columbus, Ohio, to Raze Expectations for three days! Drop by the booth and pick the brains of the Land F/X CEO and a licensed Landscape Architect on how to pull off your latest project design idea, or perhaps on what the world is like outside the campus. Also make sure to stop by and get your passport stamp for the big prize sponsored by Land F/X: a trip for two to New Orleans for the 2016 ASLA Expo in October. Start making your passport raffle pact with your best studio project partner now!
March's Tip of the Month: Have you been watching our two- to three-minute Power Tip videos? If not, you're missing the gems of knowledge that will make the difference between just showing your design or really showing off your design. These short videos are jam-packed with information that will bring you closer to Land F/X Power User status.
