Jake's presentation will follow the design of a large apartment/reception center community through construction to the built project. The presentation will show how Land F/X was instrumental in the design process and how the tool helped produce accurate construction documents. He will cover site design, planting design, irrigation design, unique aspects of the construction process and the final built project. The project was unique in that it was the first project in the city to have a two-wire decoder system and a land-drain system that was used for recycling the water for irrigation.
