I was looking in preferences, but couldn't find where to assign the layer for FXrefattach. It\s coming in on layer Z-REFR. Stantec uses G-REFR. Where can we make that change?

Our default is actually "Z-XREF", so someone must have changed this layer already. In your office Preference Set (General Tab), under the layers section, you should be able to navigate to "Z-REFR" and select that layer from the list and click Edit. Make your name change to "G-REFR" and say ok. This should then apply the new layer when fxREF is run.
