Those linetypes require an SHX file, downloaded to Landfx/Fonts, such as LAFX-ARCHIGH.shx. That Fonts folder must also be in your Support File Search Path. Then the linetype file itself is downloaded to Landfx/Linetypes, such as LAFX-ARCCLOUD.lin.
The most likely cause is a firewall or permissions that prevented the downloading of these required files. Or an issue with your network drive or permissions, preventing access to them.
