Where do we mainly place the coupling valve in any irriagation plan?
and what should be my cosideration to determine how many coupling valves i need in my plan?

Nibal,
Quick couplers should be placed on the mainline. There is no set rule on how many you should have on your system, but you should place them as needed. Typically you would place them close enough to where you could put a hose onto one and reach about half the distance to the other. That way you could connect another hose to the other QC and reach to where the other hose left off.
