I would like to know how I can get sound to play with the webinar video. I have sound for everything else. Thank you.
Which video in particular are you having problems with Mark?
From the emails you just sent:

youtube videos have sound.
vimeo videos have sound.
I tried opening the video from your website in both Chrome and IE. Neither had any sound.
The tab at the top says this video is playing audio. But I can't hear it. Volume is up.

It looks like it could be a system issue or setting.
We can't duplicate the issue here and the videos are playing with sound for everyone else. So I would recommend the following:
1- Clear the cache of your browsers and restart them
2 - Restart your computer

If the sound is still not playing then it must be a system issue or setting. Let me know how that goes.

Hi Forrest, I don't understand why it works, but it does work in Safari. Not in I.E. or Chrome. Even after deleting and reinstalling Flash and updating browsers, deleting temporary files and restarting. I even reinstalled Chrome.

Unfortunately that is a non-LandFX issue that is beyond the scope of our technical support contract. Installing your Windows Updates and restarting your computer should help resolve this.
