in the past we had used the ref notes for general callouts and descriptions and had a second finish schedule that was stand alone and not linked the the ref notes through the program but they were each cross referencing each other... well we finally decided to move all of the information into the ref notes and make a Reference Note & Finish schedule that was completely run by LandFX. The results were great but there is one problem, the table is so big it can only go on a notes and detail sheet and the basic ref notes (callout and description) now have to be removed from the individual sheets. Is there a way to produce a schedule without the user fields so it is just the callout, description and detail?

thanks.

Hi Bob,

We do have it high priority on the wishlist to add the ability to manipulate how the user fields populate in the RefNote schedule. I'll add your name and this post to that wishlist item.

In the meantime, you can manipulate what appears in the schedule by using viewports in the same way we recommend for adding a second column. Place the schedule in model space and cut out the portions you don't want to see through selective viewporting.
