My irrigation design is complete and everything is piped, however, when I use the "size lateral pipe" command and enter "size all", not all the valves get sized. When I try to size the individual valve manually, still no pipe sizes are shown. I tried adding a manual pipe size label and got a "THAT PIPE IS ALREADY LABELED." dialogue box.
Also, not all the valves that are labeled with the "size all" command are sized correctly. When I did added a manual pipe size label to the very end of a control zone, it labeled the pipe as 1-1/4" for a lateral that should be 3/4", since my minimum size is 3/4" and that section of drip is only about 2 gpm. I deleted that section of lateral and redrew the lateral and is now shown correctly at 3/4". Is this some kind of bug with the program? I would hate to delete all the laterals and re-pipe everything!

It sounds like you have some corrupted pipe data in your project. Most of which could quite possibly be fixed by using our Match Properties tool. However, this is going to be much easier to point you in the right direction if you could send in your drawing, along with your Project Data files so we can have a look at what might be going on. Sorry for the late response.
After messing with the project again some more this morning, the Size Lateral Pipe command finally worked correctly. Maybe it was just Land F/X acting a little funky that day. However, thank you for providing the insight on what a possible problem can be if we're dealing with this same issue again in the future.
