Our Tools Do Not Work in a Family Document (Using Our Planting for F/X Revit® Plugin)

Issue

You saw the following error message while running a 3D Connection plugin tool in our Planting F/X for Revit Plugin:

Planting F/X: Our tools do not work in a family document.

Cause

You currently have a .rfa family file open. Our Planting F/X for Revit Plugin will only work inside a .rvt Project document.

Solution

Open a .rvt file instead to use any tool from the Planting F/X for Revit Plugin.
