Blocking Plug-in Land F/X (Opening the Planting F/X Plugin for Rhino)

Issue

After installing our Planting F/X Plugin for Rhino, you saw a Blocking plug-in Land F/X message in the Rhino console when you opened Rhino, and the Planting F/X commands and toolbars are unavailable.

Cause

The Load Protection setting in Rhino is preventing the plugin from loading properly.

Solution

1. Type OPTIONS in the Rhino Command line and press Enter.

2. Click Plug-ins in the left pane of the Rhino Options dialog box.

 

3. Right-click the LandFX entry in the list, and select click Disable Load Protection from the menu that opens.

 

4. Restart Rhino. Our plugin and its tools should now be available.
