You need to open the Windows Command Prompt.
Solution
1. Open the Windows Start menu.
2. Type CMD in the text field.
3. Select the Command Prompt entry.
Open the Command prompt as an administrator
Some processes will require you to open the Command prompt as an administrator. Here's how:
Search for CMD in the Windows Start menu as described above.
To open the Command prompt as an administrator, right-click the Command Prompt entry in the menu and select Run as administrator from the menu that opens.
