To update your version:

Click the F/X Admin menu
Click on 'Check For Updates'
Click 'Install' then follow prompts

That's so two-thousand and late... 2008 support soon-to-be discontinued.

As of January 1, 2014, we will be no longer supporting AutoCAD 2008. With the speed of technology, we need to focus our efforts on the future releases and the new features we have planned. For example... check out the new colorization feature that you could unleash with the upgrade, allowing you to quickly add and plot color renderings. It's time... to take the step to upgrade your systems today.
