2014 AutoCAD Released

F/X CAD 2014 coming out soon!

Last Friday, Autodesk announced that 2014 AutoCAD has been released. To see what has been added and tips and tricks on 2014, click here.

Does it work with Land F/X? Yes, but we have only been able to test Land F/X with it on the pre-released version. As always, we do recommend that you wait until the first service pack is released before updating to AutoCAD 2014.

Since F/X CAD is modified by us, it will take us a tad longer before we can release 2014 F/X CAD.

*If you are a 2012 F/X CAD client, now is the time to upgrade to 2013 for only $250. If you would like to wait for 2014, it will be $750.*

With 2014 F/X CAD coming out soon, we will now be offering F/X CAD 2013 for only $1745.

Webinar Friday: Manufacturer Spotlight on EZ-FLO

The webinar will feature the Fertigation products of EZ-FLO. This company has made automated fertilization products for irrigation for over ten years. Fertigation is a tank system you attach to your irrigation and it automatically applies liquid fertilizer to the plants as you water them. Learn the options of specifying a Fertigation system, and how to use Land F/X to add and place this equipment into your project.

Irrigation Equipment Update

Land F/X now has two new Rain Bird additions to the database.
First, is the XFCV Dripline, with a heavy-duty check valve. This is currently available in Northern California, Pacific Northwest, Rockies, and Utah, but will soon be available everywhere. This landscape dripline for on-surface applications is very effective where elevation changes exist. Find out more info about the product here.

Secondly, we have ten new details in our detail database for Rain Bird Valve Boxes. To the right is an example of one of the new details.

New to the products list for Baseline are memory expansion modules, biCoders, and pedestal bases.

The new BL-1000 Memory Expansion Modules are available in 25+ zones, 50+ zones, and full BaseManager 2.0 functionality.

BL-5201MV, which is the new direct burial master valve biCoder is also available.

We have updated the Event biCoders, BL-5401 and BL-5402, in our database.

New pedestal bases are also available for the X and XS wall mount cabinets, in either 16-gauge powder-coated, or 16-gauge stainless steel. These are available under controller accessories.
