I built a library of custom plant blocks and saved into the planting library with a few different layers, one of them being a solid color hatch for presentation purposes.
I have this layer frozen in the file itself. However whenever I place the block into a drawing it's color layer is auto turned on. Is this a known thing? Anyway to force the block to come in with specific layer turned off / frozen?

If the layer begins with LK- and ends with -COLR it will not get turned on when placed.
