When placing an existing site elevation callout (SPOTELEV-EXST-STD), the arrowhead does not appear to follow the detail frame scale. Specifically, the arrowhead imports at a different scale than the text, resulting in inconsistent sizing. I have tried adjusting the drawing plot scale, but it has no effect on this block.

Is this behavior intentional/by design? If so, could an option be added to manually adjust the arrowhead size?

Additionally, since transitioning to the block-based format for detail callouts, would it be possible to include all callout types within the Discipline Graphics section? This would allow us to create custom callouts while still using an updating detail callout, so the callout can remain associated with a detail in the drawing set.
Donald,

It could be that you already placed a spot elevation in the drawing with different units. It works fine for me in a blank drawing, but I'm not sure what units or scale you are using. If it doesn't work for you in a blank drawing, then send it in so we can take a look.

As for the Discipline Graphics Callouts, that is getting a refresh later this year. But I'm a little fuzzy on what you are after here. It sounds like you want custom callouts to appear in the dialog? That is not a possibility, as all of those are very custom function calls. So if you can give some more detail as to what you're after that would help.
