We have a project with a significant number of RefNotes in a variety of categories/divisions. We would like to print a list of all the RefNotes in the database so a project manager can review and pick the RefNotes to be imported into a new project so a draftsperson can import the selected RefNotes into the new project.

Steve,

Simply use the option "Entire Palette" in the RefNote Schedule dialog.
