The Critical Analysis for pressure calculation seems to be using incorrect or old information.

Cause

The Critical Analysis is representational of the most recent time the mainline was sized. You most likely need to resize the mainline.

Solution

Size the Mainline again.

If you size the mainline after making changes, you'll see those changes reflected in the new Critical Analysis.
