Plant Labels Are Rotated or Zoomed Out (Not Horizontal) When Placed

Issue
When you call out plants (place plant labels), the labels zoom out and rotate so they're not horizontal.
Cause
This issue is the result of a DVIEW twist in your drawing.
Solution
To correct the issue, follow our steps to remove a DVIEW twist.
The DVIEW twist will be replaced with a user coordinate system (UCS). You should now be able to place plant labels normally.
Are your plant labels placing at angle in a viewport but not in Model Space?
Your viewports may have been locked when you re-applied a UCS.
If so, unlock viewports, then re-apply your UCS.
