Under the FX-Site Ribbon, the Ref Notes drop down shows a cloud with a question mark, instead of the tool Icons shown in the tutorials. I have rebooted and performed a menu load, but these parts appear to be missing. Have I missed an update or program section, or are there additional steps before these tools are available?
Opening the cloud offers the ref notes schedule manager, but still no icons.

You should be able to resolve this by uninstalling and reinstalling the F/X Workstation. This will get you the latest menus to make sure you've got all the latest icons, too.
Uninstall the Land F/X Workstation Component
New Land F/X Workstation Setup
Remember to only uninstall the F/X Workstation, not a server (if you've got one).
