I noticed for a while now that each time am preparing a water recourse that the velocity is always set to 2.3 mls.
and I need to change each time to 1.5 m/s.
How can I set to 1.5 m/s instead of 2.3 .m/s?

Currently the default velocity for a POC is hard-coded as 2.3 m/s.
This is the first time anyone has wanted to change the default.
We can definitely consider adding this setting to the irrigation preferences.
