Why can't I open the 30 day challenge?

The trainer is live and loading correctly right now, so you may be experiencing an internet issue as that dialog is a web-based dialog box.

We have these specific steps to help you fix issues when trying to load our web-based dialogs:

Thanks so much for your response.  I tried those steps before posting the question, and restarted my computer, but nothing.  Tried them again just now and still nothing.  Any other insights would be hugely appreciated.
