Disassociate or Unlink a CAD Drawing from a Land F/X Project

Issue
You need to disassociate (or unlink) a CAD drawing (DWG file) from a Land F/X project.
Solution
To disassociate any CAD drawing with a specific Land F/X project, type HYPERLINKBASE in the Command line.
The Command line will prompt you to Enter new value for HYPERLINKBASE, or . for none. Type a period (.), which will remove the Land F/X project association.
Save the drawing. The drawing and project will no longer be linked.
