Metric Database Update (2022): Precipitation Rates Extremely Low

Issue

You use metric units in your irrigation designs, and you've found that your precipitation rates are excessively low after our November 2022 metric database update.

Solution

You can address this issue by resizing the lateral pipe in your system, which will update the precip rate from inch values to mm values.

Is the flow and/or pressure for a valve in your system still off by a large amount after you've resized the lateral pipe? If so, use our Replace feature to replace the valve with the same valve model.
